Newbie Training Program
This program is built to help someone who is tight on time and new to fitness. The focus of this program will be on building strength while also helping the client trim down. What to expect: This program has videos for every exercise and allows you to upload your movements for video feedback. The program also has built-in voice cues as to what we are aiming for with each block.This program spans a duration of 4 weeks, and at the conclusion of this period, it will no longer be accessible. The timeline serves the essential purpose of holding you accountable for following the prescribed workouts.

3 Day Week Strength Program - Phase One
This is a 3-day strength program focused on Squats, Deadlifts, and Bench movements. In Week One, determine an appropriate weight at a perceived exertion (RPE) of 7, ensuring there are 3 reps left in the tank each set. The following week, increase the volume, and then elevate the RPE in the subsequent week, introducing a challenging weight. Week 4 serves as a Deload to facilitate body recovery before transitioning to the next phase. We value your feedback and hope you find this program enjoyable. Audio cues are provided most days; make sure to listen for guidance. Some exercises offer alternatives, so choose accordingly.

4 Day Week Strength Program (Phase Two) (w/ Anaerobic Work)
This program ups the training days from 3 to 4 building on Phase One. This program has a climbing RPE with the sets remaining the same. We also added two days of sprints to work on some anaerobic capacity.
