Here you'll find training programs that'll help you to smash your goals; no matter where you are or where you're starting from!
The Programs
The programs are separated into four categories:
1. Movement (Blue)
- Ideal for those either new to working out or returning to fitness from injury.
- These programs focus on fundamental movement patterns whilst developing mobility and stability.
- Great for all ages and abilities and also particularly useful for use on rest/recovery days
2. Foundations (White)
- These well-rounded programs are all about simplicity - The only equipment you'll need is a set of dumbbells
- Get Started would be considered level 1, and Get After It would be level 2.
- Both programs are pretty challenging so please don't be fooled into thinking that Foundations = Easy!
- Perfect for those that either want to keep things simple or don't have access to a fully equipped gym
3. Advanced (Orange)
- These advanced-level programs require the use of a fully equipped gym
- Each program has specific outcomes in mind so please read the descriptions to find the right program that reflects your goals
4. Performance (Green)
- These programs are designed for athletes and are intended to complement sporting performance; both in season and off.
- The programs are non-sport-specific therefore they can be used alongside a wide range of sporting disciplines
How It Works
- £29 per month, cancel anytime
- Access to your chosen program via the Bridge Athletic app.
- Once completed, you can either repeat the program with increased weights (recommended) or request via email to switch out the program.
- You also have the option to request up to three programs at any one time. For example, If SHRED! is your main program, you could also add Move Better for rest/recovery days along with Get After It which can be used if you are away on business or on holiday.
