BridgeAthletic Performance Training is designed for individuals looking to upgrade their training, increase strength, improve general athleticism, and reduce injury risk. Built to make you better, each program progresses as you develop so you never plateau.
Each program lasts 15 weeks and includes 3 workouts per week. Your Performance Training plan will progress you through 5 phases of training as you start with General Prep and progress through Strength and Power development.
