Program is designed for Winter League athletes to develop strength and speed during their season to keep them performing at the highest level and be ready to perform during playoffs and Caribbean series if necessary. This training program features 3 full-body lifts per week programmed into two 4-week phases. Phase one being Strength-Speed, focusing on keeping and developing high strength outputs while developing explosiveness in sport-specific movement patterns. Phase two being Speed-Strength focuses on contrast sets to maximally develop power that will transfer to on-field play, allowing athletes to perform at their best when it matters most.
