Key Elements of Our Program:

 

General Physical Preparedness (GPP): We understand the multifaceted demands of water polo, and our program is crafted to enhance your overall athleticism. GPP training will boost your speed, endurance, agility, and resilience, ensuring you're prepared for the rigours of the sport.

 

Hypertrophy Training: Over the course of 12 weeks, we will strategically target muscle growth to increase your strength and power in the water. Our scientifically backed methods will ensure that your physique is optimized for water polo excellence.
