TTOR 8 WEEK IN SEASON PROGRAM

Welcome to the TTOR IN SEASON TRAINING TEMPLATE

Do you want to follow a program straight from the professionals ?  

We have put together a 3 day per week athletic performance template that covers Strength & Power, On and Off Feet Conditioning, Speed and Mobility all of which you can fit in and around your on field training and games. There are 2 x 4 week cycles included with suggested progressions, video demonstrations and loading schemes.

These will come directly to your smart phone or tablet via the Bridge App. 

 

Program includes:

 

  • 1 x Upper Body Strength session per week
  • 1 x Lower Body Strength & Power session per week
  • 1 x Total Body Power/Hypertrophy hybrid session per week.
  • 1 x Off Feet session per week.
  • 1 x On feet running top up fitness session per week.
  • 1 x Speed session per week.

  2. Download the BridgeAthletic App from the app store
  3. Accept your email invite (from BridgeAthletic) and create a password
  4. Log in on the Bridge app with your email and password
  5. Train like the pros.
