The 4.21 Program

This is your chance to follow the same script that THOUSANDS of athletes have used to prepare for the NFL Combine (including the new 4.21 record!). This 12 week program consists of  both speed drills and strength programming split into 4 week phases. 

 

Phase 1: Speed foundations

Phase 2: Maximal strength and speed technique 

Phase 3: Speed and power application

 

This program will help ALL ATHLETES have a competitive speed edge.

Level: High school & collegiate athletes

Time: 60-75 minutes/session

Duration: 12 weeks, 6 days/week

Recommended Equipment: Access to weight room and field needed
