This program is designed to progressively increase your strength, power and speed. Throughout the 6 phases in your Racquet— specific program, you will notice that the movements become more complex. The introduction of vertical pulling and resistance exercises, in addition to plyometrics, will prepare you for the increased loads of future programs.

It does not require a lot of equipment and is not meant to make someone bigger and stronger, rather improve there over all skills and aid in reducing injuries. Please see the advanced or athletic weightlifting programs if you are looking to add additional strength and size.
