This program is designed to progressively increase your strength, power and speed. Throughout the 6 phases in your Racket-specific program, you will notice that the movements become more complex. The introduction of vertical pulling and dumbbell resistance exercises, in addition to plyometrics, will prepare you for the increased loads of future programs.
