Strength Training for Dancers

This program is designed specifically for in-season dancers to promote long-term development, prevent injury and enhance performance. It focuses on auxiliary strength of the foot, ankle and core as well as foundational/neuromuscular movement patterns and regenerative postures. 

 

The program is designed to be used 2 days/week and take approximately 30 - 40 minutes each session to complete. No equipment is required though a massage ball and/or dumbbell may be optionally incorporated.
