This 6 week program is designed to improve an athlete's quickness, explosiveness, and strength through a combination of drills and exercises that focus on developing power, speed, and agility.  We specialize in baseball athletic programs but this program is not sport specific and great for any athlete!

 

About the Program:

This program involves follow along videos demonstrating all of the drills and exercises.  We are also available at any time as a coaching resource and to help keep you motivated as we track your progress throughout the program.

 

Program Includes:

  • Dynamic Warm Ups
  • Speed and Agility Drills
  • Strength and Mobility Training
  • Recovery

 

Duration: 6 weeks, 4 days per week

Minimum Equipment Required and we can substitute any exercise if needed due to equipment limitations

 

 

How it works: 

This program will be delivered through the BridgeAthletic app and you will be added to my organization!  Within Bridge, you'll be able to track all your training to clearly view your progress throughout the program.

  4. Log in on the Bridge app with your email and password
