SPC Beginner KB Program 4 week

This program is designed for individuals of all ages. It is designed as an introduction to training with kettlebells. The program builds a foundation of strength and stability that is necessary for more advanced kettlebell exercises and programs. 
 

This 4 week, 12 session program will be completed entirely through the BridgeTracker phone app.

 

What’s included:

  • 4-week program with 3 workouts per week
  • All exercises have custom videos with properly trained individuals demonstrating the movement. Proper form and technique is CRUCIAL.
  • Progressions across the 4-week program ensure that you’re feeling confident and ready for the more advanced movement.
