This program consists of 3 separate phases. Each phase based on the use of barbells, dumbbells, cables & machines. During the course of your 3 months, you'll be training with heavy weights & adjusting sets & reps to ensure maximal muscle stimulation. Combine hard and heavy training sessions in the weight room, adequate calorie intake & appropriate rest & recovery, progress is almost guaranteed.
This would be considered an intermediate to advanced program. Suitable for lifters that have 1+ years experience in the weight room.
In addition to the programming itself, you will also have direct access to our certified coaching staff to ask any questions, submit form videos, as well as seek guidance for any and all things related to your training journey.
