Improve Your Speed, Agility, and Power

 

The Training:

Get elite level training for a fraction of the cost. Through a variety of resistance training methods and techniques, you will see improvements in your maximal strength, power output, myofibrillar hypertrophy, and muscular endurance. Along with resistance training, movement skills training is implemented into each program to improve acceleration, top speed, and multi-directional speed, with injury prevention and recovery methods also being included.

 

What You Get:

How It Works:

When you sign up, you will be emailed/texted a questionnaire in order for me to get a better understanding of things such as what your goals are, your current fitness level, availability, etc.

 

Once you have completed the questionnaire, you will be contacted in order to set up a call if further information is needed.

 

After all necessary information is provided, you will gain access to the BridgeAthletic app where you will be able follow your programs, track your progress, and contact your coach. 

 

After Signing up:

You will have at least your first week uploaded to BridgeAthletic within 48-72hrs, which will be scheduled to start the following week. 

The full first month program will be uploaded within 7 days after sign up.

 

Evaluations:

You will receive weekly notifications regarding your nutrition and performance log activity in order to see if any adjustments need to be made to your diet or to the program in terms of volume or intensity.

 

At the end of each phase (which will last 3-5 weeks) there will be a de-load week. During this time I will contact you to go over the completed phase to give you insight on your training numbers and progress, while also getting your perspective on how the phase went. During the conversation we will go over the previous phase, how you are progressing towards your goals, if there are any new goals, and any changes you would like for the next phase.

 

There will be monthly (every 3-6 weeks) in person progress assessments with myself where we will conduct speed and power tests to keep up with any improvements in performance. These monthly check ins also allow for in person coaching to improve any technique deficiencies. 

 

 

Cancelations:

Cancelling is easy. If at any time you feel like not continuing your subscription, it is free to cancel. You will still have access to your current program until the end of the current payment cycle. 

 

You will be emailed a form to fill out regarding the cancelation. This form is to get a better understanding of why you are choosing not to continue, and provide me insight into improving my services.
