  • Improve fluid dynamics to hydrate and attenuate inflammation. 
  • Restore slide and glide of soft and hard tissues. 
  • Create space by prepositioning in one plane and moving in other planes.
  • Restoring motion with pelvis, trunk and arm drivers. 
  • Progress from 4-2 points of contact (more stability to less stability)
  • Progression from closed chain to open chain (and mixed)
  • Load to explode (deceleration and eccentric capability)
