Newbie Training Program

This program is built to help someone who is tight on time and new to fitness. The focus of this program will be on building strength while also helping the client trim down. What to expect: This program has videos for every exercise and allows you to upload your movements for video feedback. The program also has built-in voice cues as to what we are aiming for with each block. 

 

This program spans a duration of 4 weeks, and at the conclusion of this period, it will no longer be accessible. The timeline serves the essential purpose of holding you accountable for following the prescribed workouts.
