Follow the 2024 holiday challenge to a better butt with this 12 week, home friendly glute building program

  • 3 lifts per week,  glute focused, with an upper + core day and 1 easy cardio day for 12 weeks

  • Once you get to weights and you plug in your first weights, machine learning will recommend weights for you for the rest of the program based on intensities I pre-programmed for you.

  • Equipment needed: Full program can be done with just Dumbbells and a towel, but having a dumbbell hip thrust belt (Wonues on amazon is the best one i've tried, no affiliation) is clutch to make the most out of the clamshells.
