Mash Elite Athletic Performance Individualized Coaching

This program comes with a Mash Coach that Coach Mash works with on a daily basis at Rise Indoor Sports. The coach will critique videos, alter programming, and answer any questions. The goal is to provide nutrition, sleep, and recovery habits that will form a lifestyle. 

 

This program is designed to maximize power production and a high velocity. The athlete can expect to improve his or her vertical leap, change of direction, and sprint performance. This program is designed to maximize all of the physical fitness markers that are important to athletic performance. In this program, there will be aspects of speed, strength, power, hypertrophy, skill acquisition, anaerobic conditioning, mobility, strength endurance, and work capacity.

  • Individual Programming based on assessment and your expectations

  • Nutrition Guidance designed to educate your own knowledge leaving you in charge of your own nutritional future.
  • Team camps at Rise Indoor Sports and on the Mash Farm which will be great for testing and assessment with some of the best sports science tech in the world. We will be able to give you:
    • Laser timing for the 40yd dash, 60 yard dash, flying sprints, any agility exercise you can think of, vertical leap, and more.
  • To learn about becoming the best athlete that you can in terms of science, lifestyle, and mindset.
