This programme consists of 6 sessions a week (4 main sessions and 2 optional)

Sessions are periodised to improve performance over time, track your sets, reps and weight to progress each week. Exercise videos are supplied for demonstrations throughout the programme. New training cycle added every month!

 

Direct messaging available with coach to ensure you are on track

 

Sample workout - Lower Body and Conditioning:

  • Mobility and Activation - Lunge reach and lean, leg swings, mini band paused squat
  • Strength - Box Squat or Hip Thrust
  • Accessory 1 - Dumbbell Split Squat, Hamstring Curl
  • Metabolic Conditioning - Box step up, Tricep bench dips, Plank with knee to elbow
