Movement is life, and finding ways to explore that movement to create better mobility solutions is critical. 

 

This is a six-week program with two workouts  a week.  Workouts are designed to last around 15-20 minutes a day and attack movement from a global perspective to improve shoulder mobility, among many others. Workouts are designed to be addictive. Once completed, the program can be conducted all over again.  

 

Each body region comprises Soft Tissue, Active Mobility, Medicine Ball and/or Plyometrics, and Strength Blocks. The "Strength" blocks are meant to help pattern the entire body to help get you back in motion vs. looking only to target muscle groups for strength or hypertrophy. Most movements will be performed with a foam roller, massage ball, bodyweight, dumbbell, kettlebell, and cables or bands.
