We designed this program to help you grow using advanced sets focused on driving hypertrophy.  This program is broken down into three phases:

  1. Volume- Tons of reps to set up your system for the tension that is to come.
  2. Long eccentrics: Eccentrics are one of the most effective tools for growing muscle cells.  In this block expect some serious work and controlling those eccentrics to drive muscle growth.
  3. Lengthened Partials: The final two weeks of the program focuses on driving hypertrophy through lengthened partials.  Spending twice the amount of time in the stretched portion of the exercise is a great way to get really sore and add some mass.
