Individualised 3 Month Training Cycle

Overview: This program will be specifically designed & tailored towards your individual needs, for whatever sport, event or or goal you want to excel at. PLEASE NOT THAT IT WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE INSTANTLY AS THERE ARE CERTAIN STEPS YOU WILL NEED TO TAKE IN ORDER FOR IT TO BE CUSTOMISED! The quicker you complete these steps, the quicker you can start following it! 

 

Step #1 - Upon purchase email info@extremesportsperformance, with your full name as the subject and answer the following questions: 

  • DOB?
  • Injury history?
  • Medical conditions?
  • Sport, event or goal you want to improve performance for?
  • Personal bests in training & competition if any?
  • What are the 3 things that you want get out of this?
  • How many workouts would you realistically be able to do in a week?
  • How long would these workouts realistically be able to last?
  • What training environment/equipment will you have available?

 

Step #2 - We will aim to respond to your email within 24-48 hours. Once we have, not before, use the app log into your program & view the "profiling" phase. This is the starting point that is needed in order to obtain value information about several things. Firstly, the movement screening will identify how well you move. Secondly, the work capacity assessment will identify your strength levels. Thirdly, fitness testing will identify the quality & quantity of specific fitness components that are directly related to your physical goals. Once this profiling has been completed, & the data has been reviewed, the program will be ready. 

 

Step #3 - Follow your program using all the app features as necessary: 

  • Program overviews
  • Phase previews
  • Daily performance log reminders
  • Coach text & audio messenger system
  • Exercise video guidance with switching & cloning option
  • Photo & video uploads feature for technical feedback

We will request for you repeat various aspects of the profiling phase, via the app every 4 weeks, in order to monitor progress.

Structure: 3 x 4 weeks

 

Frequency: 2-4 days per week

 

Equipment: Pull up bar + TRX + Resistance bands + Kettlebells + Dumbbells + Barbell + Weight plates 

 

Duration: Workouts approximately 45-75 minutes each
