This Injury Protection Protocol program is for men and women who have a history of strains and tendinopathies to their hamstrings.
The 12-week exercise injury protection program will actively strengthen the muscles, tendons, and ligaments surrounding the hip and knee so that you can come back at a higher performance level than ever.
The program will start with basic training, and progress to challenging exercises that complement some of the more difficult expectations that are required of the hamstrings.
What you will need:
Commercial gym or well-equipped home gym to complete this program.
Our Protection Program is 12 weeks in length.
You will have 13 weeks to complete the program before it expires.
