Guardian Fitness Team Training

Program Overview:

  • Well-rounded programming with 1-3 specific focuses
    • Focuses adjusted every 6 weeks
  • 6 days a week of training
  • 60-90min training sessions
    • Saturday or Day 6 is typically a longer session, 60-105min
  • One longer session on the 6th day
