Introducing the 8-week Golf Off-Season Strength Program (Gym-Based) - a results-driven, 3-days-per-week program designed to prepare and strengthen your body for the sport of golf created by Jordan Rudolph, Golf Digest's Best Fitness Trainer in America and Titleist Performance Institute certified coach.
Each totaly-body workout is about 50-60 minutes in length and includes a joint-by-joint warm-up specifically formatted to help improve your body for golf plus Core, Power, Strength, and more. This program features a carefully crafted combination of movements using typical gym equipment found at most 24/7 or YMCA-based gyms that evolves each week to keep your body adpating and progressing through strength, mobility, balance, power, and more.
Phase 1: Prep - 4 weeks of building capacity, muscular endurance, posture, and control for your body. The goal of this Phase is to restore and prep your body to become more resilient and energized.
Phase 2: Strength - picks up right where the Prep Phase left off and continues with 4 weeks of building total body strength and lean muscle fast.
FREE BONUS: Phase 3: Pre-Season Power - continues to advance from the Strength Phase and progresses towards pre-season golf with an emphasis on power and rotation while continuing to boost strength and build muscle.
