Your Training Schedule:

 

Commit to a four-day weekly training regimen, crafted to progressively enhance your athleticism through six targeted phases. Each phase spans three weeks, focusing on different aspects of your physical development to ensure a holistic approach to fitness and athletic skills.

 

Training Phases:

 

  • Weeks 1-3: General Preparation - Lay the foundation with full-body workouts that enhance core strength, mobility, stability, and multi-joint movements.
