In this 8-week program you will gain not only core strength but flexibility, balance and better posture. 

 

This program is meant to be used in addition to your current training program. This is core centric accessory work to be introduced on your recovery days or at the beginning or end of your workout sessions. 

 

Each accessory workout is delivered weekly and includes:

  1. 5-10 minute worth of core strengthening exercises
