Meet the Head Coach! Hey hey! My name is a Alyssa Nichols, owner of EUNOIAFIT, located in Dallas, Texas! I am a Baylor Track and Field Alum, certified personal trainer, prenatal and postpartum fitness specialist, full spectrum doula with over 10 years of training experience and 7 years of gym ownership! My passion is getting women stronger, moving better, and less afraid to build muscle and reach their full potential!
