The Developmental Actions training was designed for movers who understand how to use their bodies! It includes more complex movements and the use of external load.
Activation: These actions will mobilize critical joints and activate the areas in the shoulders, the trunk, and the hips.
Prepare: These actions will help prepare the body for higher landing forces and higher speed of movements, such as running, jumping, and strength training.
Activity (load): These actions will serve as the main activity of the session. It includes total body strengthening and trunk strength.
It includes 13 movements every developing player must know to progress to more advanced strength and power training levels. We recommend doing 4 activities and picking one upper body movement, one lower body movement, one trunk movement, and one partner movement (walks).
