Customized Programming includes:
2-5 days of training per week, Depending on your goals and availability.
Option for additional days of programming, metabolic sessions, running plans, etc.
Zoom consult call with Coach Sawyer to hear about your goals and set up training schedule
Custom programming based on your individual injury history, training history, goals, and equipment
Access to coach Sawyer for program edits and changes as often as needed based on the flows of life
Coaching cues and explanation from Coach Sawyer as well as video for every exercise
