Contracts

This course introduces Contracts, a critical layer of our NIL Protective Education framework and one of the most important tools athletes must understand before engaging in NIL opportunities.

Contracts define expectations, responsibilities, and risk. Too often, athletes sign agreements without fully understanding what they are committing to, what they are giving up, or how long those commitments last. This course provides Contracts 101 so you can approach NIL agreements informed, prepared, and protected.

Rather than teaching legal jargon, this module focuses on contract awareness, helping you recognize key terms, identify potential red flags, and know when to slow down and involve the right professionals.
