Precision Pace and Speed Customization:

  • Say goodbye to guesswork. We meticulously calculate your optimal pace times and MPH settings for both outdoor foot running and treadmill workouts.
  • These calculations are based on your current fitness level, target goals, and individual biomechanics, ensuring you're training at the right intensity for optimal results.
  • We aim to program for and overreach with the 5 mile and below. This is not programming for the half marathoner or marathoner.

Flexible Training Protocols:

  • We understand that life can be unpredictable. That's why we offer 2 to 3 distinct training protocols within each phase.
  • Protocols will vary based on goals, such as training for speed, distance, or general fitness.
  • This variety keeps your training engaging and prevents plateaus.

Structured 4-Week Phases:

  • Our program is structured around progressive 4-week phases.
  • Each phase builds upon the previous one, gradually increasing the intensity and volume of your training.
  • This structured approach ensures steady progress and minimizes the risk of injury.
  • At the end of each 4 week phase, data will be reviewed, and the next 4 week phase will be created to continue to progress the individual.
  • The first week will be structured for initial testing based off your specific need (i.e. 2 mile run). You may be asked to perform multiple tests this first week.

This program will be delivered through the BridgeAthletic app and you will be added to my organization!  Within Bridge, you'll be able to track all your training to clearly view your progress throughout the program.
