About the Program:

The purpose of this program is to improve an individual's Overall Strength, Power, and Specific Conditioning.

 

This program involves follow-along videos demonstrating drills and exercises that improve an athlete's overall performance on the mats.

 

Program Duration: 8 weeks, 4 days per week

Recommended Equipment: Full Gym. Note- The exercises and machines can be modified. Notify your coach via the app to make adjustments.

 

 

How it works: 

This program will be delivered through the BridgeAthletic app and you will be added to the NEO BJJ Team!  Within the app, you'll be able to track all your training to clearly view your progress throughout the program.
