Beginner Endurance Athlete | 5 Week Prep Program

This program is a 5 week training block for Endurance based athletes designed to be supplemented with your specific sport discipline (Running, Bike, Swimming etc) leading into competition. 

 

The program consists of x2 Full Body sessions (Approx. 75min) and x1 Mobility/ Regeneration session (Approx. 60min).

 

This program works on performance for power, strength and resilience while also minimising injury through mobility, stability and movement and fits perfectly in your current endurance based training.
