What equipment is needed?
A gym with Full equipment (Dumbbells, barbells, resistance bands, med ball) is not necessary for this program, but some exercises may ask to use some of the equipment. Resistance Bands, Med balls, agility ladder and/or other agility equipment will be used. Additionally, sufficient space for general movement training and plyometrics will be necessary.
