Baseball/Softball - Experienced (16 Weeks)

Elevate your game next season with this baseball-specific program. This program will focus on elements of shoulder mobility and stability to increase durability of your arm while enhancing velocity. Additionally, the program will target movement skills such as acceleration and change of direction to help you get a better jump on a ball or increase speed on the base path. You'll also improve bat speed and power at the plate with rotational mobility, stability, and power training.

 

This comprehensive training program is for athletes aspiring to move on to the next level or for those who wish to just add a competitive advantage to their skills. It focuses on improving various aspects of performance such as speed, strength, agility, and power, as well as developing skills necessary for success in baseball.

What's the training schedule? 

3-5 days/week

What equipment is needed?

Full gym (Dumbbells, barbells, resistance bands, med ball). Additionally, sufficient space for general movement training and plyometrics will be necessary.
