Sessions are periodised to improve performance over time with ongoing testing and monitoring. Exercise videos are supplied for demonstrations throughout the programme. Enter your daily training and gym based sessions along with wellbeing scores to monitor training load. New training cycle added every month!

Sample workout - Lower Body Strength:

  • Mobility and Activation - Worlds greatest stretch, Reverse lunge to step up, Arabesque
  • Strength - Back Squat
  • Accessory 1 - Dumbbell Split Squat, Romanian Deadlift
  • Accessory 2 - Lateral Lunge, Calf Isometric
  • Core - Cable Rotation
