This workout is created to bring you a well-developed program to target your glutes and core- while ALSO focusing on full body strength and mobility. This program with walk you through a day completed develop to the bum, followed by a functional core day that will give you a full body burn, followed by HIIT training style for your core/booty, and "rounding" out the program with max strength gains for your lower body. This training program is designed for the intermediate level; however alternate exercises are loaded throughout the program to also be appropriate for an advance beginner.
This program is also designed with a physical therapist and movement specialist background to also improve on muscular symmetries in order to help reduce risk of injuries and improve overall mobility and functionality in your environment in day to day life.
The program consist of 4 days of strength training for 30-45mins.
Equipment: dumbbells and resistance bands. Options are provided to make a dumbbell only workout.
Workout will remain in your library for 6 months once purchase is made.
