Ankle Protection Protocol

This Injury Protection Protocol program is for men and women who have a history of sprains, strains and tendinopathies to their ankles. 

 

The 12-week exercise injury prevention program will actively strengthen the muscles, tendons, and ligaments surrounding the ankle and shin so that you can come back at a higher performance level than ever.

 

The program will start with basic training, and progress to challenging exercises that complement some of the more difficult expectations that are required of the ankles.

 

What you will need:

 

  • Kettle Bell
  • Medicine Ball
  • Therabands
  • Cones

Our Protection Program is 12 weeks in length.

You will have 13 weeks to complete the program before it expires.
