This 6 day off-season program is designed specifically for the physical demands of an advanced football (soccer) athlete for with 2 years + training experience.
The program consists of x3 on field sessions including targeted acceleration, max velocity and conditioning days (approx. 45-60mins each) and x3 gym sessions covering full body strength, power and resilience (approx. 75mins each)
