This is perfect for those who have some gym experience, but haven't been on a routine in a while
Or anyone who's successfully completed “Splits: Beginner”
Starts with 5 workouts per week (2 cardio, 3 strength)
Then 6 workouts per week (3 cardio, 3 strength)
Progresses movements from level 1
3 Splits: Upper push, Upper Pull, Lower body for your 3 lifts
Low and moderate intensity cardio to build on an aerobic base
Videos, sets, reps, progressions, and intensities included
Once you get to weights and you plug in your first weights, machine learning will recommend weights for you for the rest of the program based on intensities I pre-programmed for you.
Once you're done, you can progress to Fitness is Easy: Advanced
Equipment needed: Full program can be done with just dumbbells, but having cables and a swiss ball would be even cheekier.
