If you've never strength trained before or are nervous around gym equipment - this is the place to start
4 workouts per week (2 cardio, 2 strength)
Starts with foundational strength exercises through 2 lifts per week as the name suggests: splits - 1 upper ,1 lower
Low intensity cardio to build an aerobic base
Videos, sets, reps, progressions, and intensities included
Once you get to weights and you plug in your first weights, machine learning will recommend weights for you for the rest of the program based on intensities I pre-programmed for you.
Once you're done, you can progress to Fitness is Easy: Intermediate
Equipment needed: Full program can be done with just dumbbells and 1 mini band (glute band).
