8 week extended fitness plan (intermediate)
Build a lean body with this intermediate 8 week program
This is perfect for those who have some gym experience, but haven't been on a routine in a while
Or anyone who's successfully completed “Fitness is Easy: Beginner”
Starts with 5 workouts per week (3 cardio, 2 strength), slightly longer than the 'Fitness Is Easy' version
Then 6 workouts per week (3 cardio, 3 strength)
Progresses foundational movements from level 1
Full body lifts to focus on efficiency and building a lean body
Low and moderate intensity cardio to build on an aerobic base
Videos, sets, reps, progressions, and intensities included
Once you get to weights and you plug in your first weights, machine learning will recommend weights for you for the rest of the program based on intensities I pre-programmed for you.
Once you're done, you can progress to Fitness is Easy: Advanced
Equipment needed: Full program can be done with just dumbbells, but having cables and a swiss ball would be even cheekier.
