8 week extended fitness plan (intermediate)

Build a lean body with this intermediate 8 week program

  • This is perfect for those who have some gym experience, but haven't been on a routine in a while
  • Or anyone who's successfully completed “Fitness is Easy: Beginner”
  • Starts with 5 workouts per week (3 cardio, 2 strength), slightly longer than the 'Fitness Is Easy' version
  • Then 6 workouts per week (3 cardio, 3 strength)
  • Progresses foundational movements from level 1
  • Full body lifts to focus on efficiency and building a lean body
  • Low and moderate intensity cardio to build on an aerobic base
  • Videos, sets, reps, progressions, and intensities included
  • Once you get to weights and you plug in your first weights, machine learning will recommend weights for you for the rest of the program based on intensities I pre-programmed for you.
  • Once you're done, you can progress to Fitness is Easy: Advanced
  • Equipment needed: Full program can be done with just dumbbells, but having cables and a swiss ball would be even cheekier.
