8 week extended fitness plan (beginner)

Start your fitness journey right with this easy 8 week program

  • If you've never strength trained before or are nervous around gym equipment - this is the place to start
  • 4 workouts per week (2 cardio, 2 strength), slightly longer than the 'Fitness Is Easy' version
  • Starts with foundational strength exercises through 2 full body lifts per week
  • Low intensity cardio to build an aerobic base
  • Videos, sets, reps, progressions, and intensities included
  • Once you get to weights and you plug in your first weights, machine learning will recommend weights for you for the rest of the program based on intensities I pre-programmed for you.
  • Once you're done, you can progress to Fitness is Easy: Intermediate
  • Equipment needed: Full program can be done with just dumbbells and 1 mini band (glute band).
  • if you're unsatisfied with the program, your payment is fully refundable.  Also, you can add the other programs, or switch to other difficulties without additional charge, just an email
