6 workotus per week (3 cardio, 3 strength)
Strength has full body lifts along with HIIT/Conditioning at the end
Full body lifts to focus on efficiency and building a lean body

Once you get to weights and you plug in your first weights, machine learning will recommend weights for you for the rest of the program based on intensities I pre-programmed for you.
Equipment needed: Full program can be done with dumbbells, but having cables, swiss ball, Kettlebells, Trap bar, and ab wheel would be cheekier.
