Only 2 lifts per week, just glutes, for 8 weeks
Videos, sets, reps, progressions, and intensities included
Keep 48-72 hours between your 2 glute days
No pre-set calendar, go as you please
Once you get to weights and you plug in your first weights, machine learning will recommend weights for you for the rest of the program based on intensities I pre-programmed for you.
Once you're done, you can progress to Better Butts: Advanced
Equipment needed: Full program can be done with just Dumbbells and a mini band, but having cables, swiss ball would be cheekier.
