  • This is perfect for anyone who's had some gym experience, but wants to restart
  • Or if you've finished Better Butts: Beginner
  • Only 2 lifts per week, just glutes, for 8 weeks
  • Videos, sets, reps, progressions, and intensities included
  • Keep 48-72 hours between your 2 glute days
  • No pre-set calendar, go as you please
  • Once you get to weights and you plug in your first weights, machine learning will recommend weights for you for the rest of the program based on intensities I pre-programmed for you.
  • Once you're done, you can progress to Better Butts: Advanced
  • Equipment needed: Full program can be done with just Dumbbells and a mini band, but having cables, swiss ball would be cheekier.
