8 week booty building program for beginners (home or gym)
If you've never strength trained before, but want to get into it to work what your momma gave you - this is the place to start
Only 2 lifts per week, just glutes, for 8 weeks
Videos, sets, reps, progressions, and intensities included
Keep 48-72 hours between your 2 glute days
No pre-set calendar, go as you please
No weights needed until weeks 5-8, and just dumbbells
Once you get to weights and you plug in your first weights, machine learning will recommend weights for you for the rest of the program based on intensities I pre-programmed for you.
Once you're done, you can progress to Better Butts: Intermediate
Equipment needed: just a mini band, dumbbells, and a bench/couch/or box
