5 workouts per week (3 cardio, 2 strength)
Full body resistance training to focus on efficiency and building a lean body
Low and moderate intensity cardio to build on an aerobic base
Videos, sets, reps, progressions, and intensities included
Given band resistance is variable, progressions are set by rep counts and/or increased Rating of Perceived Exertion (RPE) - how hard it feels from 1-10
Equipment needed: Space and a set of bands
