1-ON-1 INDIVIDUALIZED MONTHLY COACHING PROGRAM

This EXCLUSIVE 1-ON-1 individualized monthly coaching program includes a Full Comprehensive Strength and Conditioning Program that is matched to your goals! After an initial hour-long intake call, we will develop your detailed program to fit your needs and current fitness level. We move forward and data track your progress and participation in the plan, as well as self reported metrics, and engage in our weekly 1-ON-1 coaching call to ensure you are on track.

What type of sessions are included? 

 

  • Base Building: This includes addressing any current issues or limitations. We level set and look to clean up any muscular imbalances
  • Strength: This involves weightlifting and other resistance exercises to help build strength and resiliency.
  • Hypertrophy: We look at goals and any desired muscle growth. Building lean muscle mass. 
  • Movement Development: This involves drills and techniques designed to help improve range of motion and mobility, to include strength at end ranges of ability. 
  • Conditioning: This includes cardiovascular exercise and other activities designed to help build endurance and stamina.
  • Recovery and Rehabilitation: This includes activities and techniques designed to help recover from injury and maintain optimal health and well-being

 

How do I get started?

 

Once the program is purchased, we will email you to set up your intake video call (phone if you choose). We will begin designing your program and can give you work to do immediately. We will implement your program on our discussed time frame.
